I see most of my friends nowadays seem depressed ,and i admit yours truly (mr optimistic) gets depressed from time to time but thats another story for another day .
Im not one to help a friend, all i can do is give advice and try and make my friends happy and not think about shit.
Its hard considering people think they have failed in life ,work/relationships or family and i know you can only take so much.
I think chris hall (stabbing westward) said it best :Im not your saviour i am just as fucked as you, I cannot save you , i cant even save myself.
